This is our photojournal from a collecting trip to northern
Quebec on a short jaunt (9 hours one-way) between meetings in Guelph
and Toronto during the Spring of 2007.
During spring in northern Quebec even the seagulls
are cold.
Dan checks out the trees while Gary searches
for seaweed.
Some off-road intertidal collecting on the way
north.
Some seriously flat intertidal with an interesting
flora and lots of diatoms to keep Sarah busy.
Hana and Sarah try to pick up those dropped stitches.
Meanwhile, Dan takes a very large step and...
...Gary and Dan take the shortest dive in history.
